Ingredients: Aval / Poha - 1 cup Jaggery / Sarkarai / Palm Sugar - 1/2 cup Water - 1 1/4 cup Fresh Coconut - 1/4 cup grated Cardamom Powder / Yelakai Podi - 1 tsp Ghee - 2 tsp Method: Take aval in a blender and make it into a coarse powder.
